I also got this warning sometime earlier; some of the places we retrieve "randomness" from on Unix are unavailable on Windows, so we would need to add some extra random retrieval code for Windows. For now, you should probably comment out the lines 449-452 in lib/libqof/qof/guid.c so that this problem doesn't terminate gnucash.
