There is no ${SWIG_DIR}\\bin, swig.exe lies in the top-level directory
and I added that to PATH. There is no single .dll and SWIG
Just Works(TM).
WRT r15045, thanks for the fix =) I do not think we need
SCHEME_LIBRARY_PATH, I removed the necessity in r14844. You have added
it to the .bat in r14879, but I do not know why :) I guess the .bat
crashed for me since then ;-)
