The error is shown when the gnucash build system tried to run the program "svnversion". Try it yourself: Go into any directory of your gnucash SVN tree and run svnversion . This should show exactly this "error while loading shared libraries". If it does, your installed version of the program "svnversion" is broken and maybe you should re-install the package it belongs to. If it doesn't show the error message again, you're in trouble. Maybe you have multiple versions of "svnversion" in your system. Or something else. In any case this has nothing to do with gnucash, only with your svnversion.
