It doesn't work at all..  There's no way to open a PG file.  So, I
would suggest turning it off completely.  Probably even an AC_MSG_ERROR()
if the user configures with --enable-sql.

On another note, I believe we still need to disable the 'View' option
from the Lot Viewer API.  It just prints out a "yet to be implemented"
message.
