Hi 1) Start GnuCash (1.9.4 serie) 2) New File (no accounts) 3) Import this QIF file (Default on all questions) 4) Check the Accounts, and in particular the types.
Why is Expenses:Furnitue an Income for instance? I tried to create the various accounts and categories and to set them explicitly to Expense accounts... But no luck. Also, My VISA credit card is an Expense, and not a Credit Card/Liability I am playing with creating a QIF file to be used in the Concept Guide. Thanks in advance for any suggestions... /Bengt
