I also just upgraded to 9.3, though I also had a problem on 9.1.  I couldn't 
run autogen.sh without modifying macros/autogen.sh because GNOME2_PATH had 
the value "/usr/local:/opt/gnome:/usr" and macros/autogen.sh wasn't set up to 
handle a list of values.  I have locally modified macros/autogen.sh to add 3 
-I flags with the 3 directories.  Is there a better solution?
