Make sure the coders get included in the thanks as well.
Without them, we would really have nothing to announce.
This goes for both the press release and the announcement.

When it comes right down to it, those who add their
code/documentation (especially the code at this stage)
are still making the biggest contributions of all.
Let's make sure we acknowledge/recognize them for such.
