You can get something like that with the account balance tracker.
In the parameters window of the report, you can select a date
range, a time step (you will want to select months) and a list
of accounts. You will get a report including the max, min, and
average total, but across all accounts and not broken out.
Other than that, there isn't anything like what you are asking
for. But I'll write it down as a feature request :) Would you
have any interest in working on it?
