If you are not adverse to the Helix distribution of Gnome, you can get
gnumeric-0.48 as well as the gnome-print-0.12 and gnome-print-devel-0.12
packages from their site (Though you will probably need to download all
of the pertinent packages in the distribution due to other dependencies
problems).
