Oh, and if we do this move, do we want to keep the "README." prefix on
everything? i.e. do we want:

  doc/README.build-process
  doc/README.guile-hackers
  etc.

or is it sufficient to have

  doc/build-process.txt
  doc/guile-hackers.txt
  etc.

(with or without the .txt extensions...)
