Those are very rare operations in my experience. Those shortcuts might be more useful for other, more frequently used operations. Also, C-d is easily typed, and the dialog box easily acknowledge, leading to potential loss of data. As the simplest solution, I'd just get rid of the C-a and C-d shortcuts.
