New Stuff:

 + Jan-Uwe Finck's German-translated README

 + hourglass cursor used when saving and opening files.

 + reconcile window auto-resizes after adding or deleting
   transactions.

 + fixed a bug with account deletion

 + a new utility function in report-utilities for getting
   the account separator char. Moved gnc:get-account-full-name
   to that file.

 + fixed a few bugs in transaction-report.scm
