New Stuff:
+ The register prevents you from transferring funds between
accounts that don't have a common currency (and thus causing
a crash). This fixes bug 95.
+ New option to have parent accounts expand with a double-click
instead of open.
+ Show a busy cursor while importing qifs. Fixes bug 107.
+ Added an option for choosing which accounts are sign-reversed.
I decided that using a choice with three options was better
than allowing per-type configuration, as that gets complicated.
The choices are: Income & Expense (default), Credit accounts,
and no accounts at all. Let me know if this works the way it
should, or if there should be more options.
+ You can get the extensions menu back by setting the GNC_DEBUG
environment var.
