I am new to the list, so feel free to point me to the appropriate part of
the list archives if this has been discussed and rejected before.
Is there any reason for not allowing + and - to increment and decrement the
value in the Num column? That is, if the field is blank and a person hits
+, the last (or should it be largest?) number that has been used in that
column gets one added to it. (Same for -, except decrement.) That value
is then inserted in the num field. Subsequent + or - while num is active
would increment or decrement the field. I guess when a value is decided
on, that should be the basis for future entries.
