Hello again,

I still have not gotten that patch file uudecoded. I tried Jan-Ewe Finck's
suggestion:

uudecode < filename

...but still got a 'no end line' message. Once again, if I don't remove at
least one leading space from the 'begin' line I get an error message about
not having a 'begin' line.

As for Rob Walker's suggestion to use uudeview---it does not appear to be
on my system.

If someone has the patch lying around on a hard drive and is really bored
maybe they could send me the .gz file....

Another peripheral question. I got the CVS stuff apparently with no
trouble. Is this a mechanism that will update the source tree
semi-automatically? For example; I got the source tree using CVS today.
If I do it again tomorrow, will it download the whole thing again, or just
the new bits, if any? I'm just trying to understand this gadget.

Thanks,

David Bobroff
