There *has* been discussion of this; Rob Browning and I have both
had some thoughts that are doubtless in the archives.

The essential issue is that of having a scriptable way of creating
transactions.  Given that, it will be easy to schedule transaction
creation, whether internally or externally.

He who creates an easily manipulable syntax for creating transactions
will be Very Much Thanked.
