Subaccount totals in gnucash.gnome

When using the gnome version my subaccount totals show values in the
135,000,000 range.   Everything pretty much works in gnucash.motif, and
all the individual accounts show correct balances.  Only the groupings
(i.e. Assests including Checking, my IRA, Stock accounts, etc...)
appears riduculous.

Any ideas?
