I've recently intstalled gnucash_1.2.3-1.deb, with a lot of libraries to get it going as well. I can't seem to find gnucash_1.2.1.deb, its been replaced in the readily accessible archives. It does not start up reproducibly. It always gives the warning : Symbol _XmStrings has different size in shared object, consider re-linking. And most of the time it develops a segfault soon thereafter, but it does work OK some of the time. This could be more of an error with incompatible libraries. I loaded a _lot_ of libraries to get it going, but debian thought they were all appropriate. If there's just one file I need to change, please let me know. I'd much rather do this. I tried compiling it and founds lots dependencies and could not get it to compile even after pursuing them.
