I am currently using MHonArc to create the archive. The server *CANNOT*
handle realtime updates of the archive. It takes about 1-2mins to
rebuild the archive after adding a single message. During this time the
load shoots to 15 or more. Probably not MHonArcs fault but instead our
slow old tired server. So my temporary solution is to build the archive
on my home pc which can build the entire archive in about 3 seconds
flat. Then I simply upload it to the website. I think Rob from
openprojects is going help us out with this. There is still another
problem though.
The other problem that realtime updates brings up is that I want the
mail to be split into months. Do you know of a script that will do
this? My previous solution was clumsy...
