Thanks for the tips here. I'll try a different version of lesstif and see
how it goes. I'm just a little frustrated there's no group of RPMS to 
wham, bam, thank you mam so I could get going with migrating my accouting
data! 

I have only one other piece of software that's win9? specific: QuicXpense
a travel accouting software. It's nice, but I've got bones to pick with 
the supporting OS. Oh, and since I quit the job that makes me travel 
every week -I won't be needing it any longer. So once I ditch Quicken I'll
be M$ free!
