We could take the same approach as we do with the regular icon theme. 
Have them install the HC icon themselves.

Hi Luca!
Sound like a good plan!
Perhaps we could have it inherit kde-icons-mono (the kde HC theme) so 
the desktop would pick up icons for the kde-apps.
