I think that Gnome extensions system needs several enhancements:
to develop extensions, to maintain them, to browse source code online,
an API guide and specifications, to allow more installing methods
(system wide, user wide, without webbrowser), to disable all when some
problem arises, to allow not only the "oficially supported" extensions
repository.
