Hello again,
should research before posting.
First the problem got more strange than before: Super-Tab works as
expected. So I dove into dconf.
Found a value ("<Alt>Tab") in org.gnome.desktop.wm.keybindings.switch-
windows, which should be empty be default.
I reset value and Now everything works fine.
