Thanks to "dconf watch" I've found part of the answer:
Schema: org.gnome.desktop.media-handling
Keys: autorun-x-content-ignore autorun-x-content-ignore
autorun-x-content-open-folder
But now I'm pending to know how to specify the application to launch,
for example, for x-content/video-dvd
