I don't have a system that uses systemd and I'm unable to get gnome-3.16 to work with consolekit with the gnome-shell consolekit patch reverted.
How should gnome-shell, gnome-session, etc be compiled to use consolekit2/loginkit - I presume systemd will not be detected, so should consolekit be enabled (even though I would be using consolekit2/loginkit), the null backend or something else?
