Boolean. If true, the align value is ignored, and the actor is overallocated. If false, the actor is allocated the preferred size, according to the alignment. Note that for StBoxLayout, [xy]_align and [xy]_fill only work on the opposing orientation (eg horizontal for a vertical layout), the other one is allocated according to expand, always allocating the extra space evenly.
