I have two questions: 1 - What is the correct way (or the best way) to make suggestions and proposals on the design of Gnome Shell? 2 - What is the correct way (or the best way) to participate in ongoing discussions about the design of Gnome Shell? ps: if this is not the place to get those questions, please let me know.
