I would prefer to discuss them in the issue tracker. In this particular case, the meaning is "Another Save Operation is Running" and given its sentence-like form it probably shouldn't use header capitalization either, we can correct it for next version or add a comment for translators, but please report all strings that are ambiguous or contain mistakes in the issue tracker as we don't master the subtleties of translating an app.
