Following the translation guide <https://wiki.gnome.org/TranslationProject/LocalisationGuide>, it states that I can start by localizing this file xdg-user-dirs <http://l10n.gnome.org/module/xdg-user-dirs>, which contains common directories like "Videos", "Pictures", "Documents" etc.
