The build issue was introduced by a unintentional new line introduced by my text editor to the file help/Makefile.am. In order to activate the translation of the help files for a language, its language code (e.g. pt) must be listed in a single line in the HELP_LINGUAS variable. With a new line, unexpected text was found, breaking the compilation -- which definitely is not desired. So, in order to avoid issues like this, one should always pay attention to changes to repository before committing (git diff) and/or review the commit before pushing (git diff HEAD^). And disable automatic-adding-newline-like features. Best Regards, Rafael Fontenelle
