I just updated them manually, with no errors. However, I suppose the problem is due to having three modules pointing to the same repo (gtk+, Gtk-properties and Gtk-UI). The fact that it apparently works is pure chance, but the updates might be broken because of that. It would probably be better to revert this module splitting until someone debug/fix the issue in D-L.
