Jasper, I do not see 'gnome-initial-setup' listed in the Damned Lies list of modules: http://l10n.gnome.org/module/ At the bottom of that page, there is a statement: "If anything should be changed on this page, please submit a bug report." linking to https://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=damned-lies&component=l10n.gnome.org I would imagine that filing a bug would be the best method of reporting this issue.
