See http://live.gnome.org/TranslationProject and the section on 'Requesting a Git account'. Mention that you are the team coordinator for http://l10n.gnome.org/teams/kk and that you are dedicated in leading the Kazakh GNOME localisation. In addition, read the section Policies at http://live.gnome.org/TranslationProject and mention in your application that you are aware of the policies. There is a housekeeping task that you need to go through, at http://l10n.gnome.org/languages/kk/gnome-3-0/ui/ you need to create the status of the completed translations. You do this if you select the action 'Inform of submission'.
