This means that an "ug" entry is missing in /po/LINGUAS which should be added by someone from the Uyghur team who has git access. > 2. Somebody needs to commit it to git.gnome.org where all the code is. This is not done automatically from l10n.gnome.org. http://l10n.gnome.org/teams/ug says that you have no committers though.
