I don't subscribe to this list, but I read Mario's reply in the archive, and here is a "reply" to that.
I was sure the Makefile.am was checked in, but it is not. I'll check it in and see if that improves the situation. I'm not that fond of having a file that we don't even use to explicitly declare everything, the waf solution so far is "smarter" (It uses all *.page files found for example).
