Hallo everybody When translating MIME-type information, there are different fields for translation. The common ones seem to be "comment", "acronym", and "expanded acronym". The translation of the comment field is used for example when viewing document properties in Nautilus, or if Nautilus is displaying a folder in list view.
However, I don't know where the acronym or expanded-acronym fields are used, and I'm wondering if it would affect what the ideal translation is. Can somebody point to a place where this is used? Maybe in KDE?
