DL states that after reserving translation automatically. I reserved all the translations as the first step of the process to obtain SVN access, as I informed in this list in a previous mail. > Nothing is shown if a translation was uploaded without claiming that > translation first. So no risk of dupe work in this case, unless working outside the common workflow, which is strongly discouraged.
