All the code that is actually getting played right now is in
*-noclutter.{h,cpp} files until this feature is turned on by default
for 2.28. I have updated our po/POTFILES.in, po/POTFILES.skip and
*all* of the translation files using sed to reflect this. Please let
me know there's any problems as a result of this change. SVN is r8627.
