But it was marked experimental and lacked some ui bits like error reporting strings. This patch adds it (Though there are some string bugs in it, which Sankar will fix it, I'm sure).
As Andre said, it may be confusing if invoking the menu item just logs a message on the console and doesn't popup the error to the user. I would like to get this part of GNOME 2.22.
