We're doing the prereleases of Dia 0.96 now, and as part of this release we have (finally) moved to the GtkAction framework. This means a lot of translatable strings have changed subtly, and the fuzzies are definitely not keeping up. Please take a look. There's a new prerelease coming out probably tomorrow, so you'll have at least a week before the final release.
