It's not there. :(
You could just as well install just the
libxml2-py23 package and then have it for python2.3 and a
manually-built g-d-u. Note that these packages are only available via
the "unstable" part of the fink distro, which has a much larger
package collection and much newer versions than the "stable" branch.

I do have unstable enabled for fink, but gnome-doc-utils isn't in the
list. Neither is libxml2-py23.
What about the DarwinPorts module I found? At the bottom of this list:
