Shaun> All right, is that the case for 十, 百, and 万 Shaun> as well? Things are a bit different for 十. When the first two characters are 一十, the leading 一 should be cut off. That is, 13 should be read as 十三 rather than 一十三, 130243 should be read as 十三万〇二百四十三, rather than 一十三万〇二百四十三.
