If it's about bugs in translations, they should be filed against the "l10n" product in GNOME Bugzilla. That way, the reports will get assigned to German translators who can look into the issue. (This is also what automatically happens when you use the simple bug guide and select that what you are about to report is a bug in a translation: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/simple-bug-guide.cgi ) In the mean time, I've moved the existing bug report above to the l10n product, component "German [de]".
