Hi I am new to this group, so I welcome everyone. I discovered gnoem-do sometime ago and it is awesome!!! Exactly those products make Linux what it is...
I want to try and add a small plugin...however I already fail to integrate my plugin within gnome do? I am new to Monodevelop, but i do have a strong background in compiling and stuff. I set up the do-plugins project in monodevelop, and I add a new plugin, I set up everything in the same way as the other plugins are. I copy the code from Epiphany plugin and just change the names of the files, addin.xml file and the class and constructor, compiling works fine without any problem. I obtain the dll file. which I want to integrate into DO. Now here is exactly where I fail. I don't know how to integrate the dll file into DO? Does anyone can be of help and tell me how they integrate the plugin. I have tried several solution, drag-and-drop of the dl file onto the plugin list(NOTHING), integrate the plugin in the main.rep list (It appears in the list of plugins, when i check the checkbox, the dll gets copied to .local folder but then after 2 seconds the checkbox gets automatically unchecked?). I can edit without any problem an existing plugin, and then copy the dll manually...but I would prefer not to touch existing plugins. Thank you very much and I really would appreciate your help Thierry --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "GNOME Do" group.
