Sorry for my late response.
In 2012, the AEGIS project also worked on a testing framework, and it
was also used for some automated tests on LibreOffice. See
<https://wiki.gnome.org/AegisA11yTesting>. Since there haven't been any
updates since 2012, I don't know how compatible this still is with
current code.
