We also want to notify you that it’s time for Exhibitor Re-booking. The 2012 Conference will be held February 27- March 3, 2012 at the Manchester Grand Hyatt Hotel. We hope you will take the time to read this notice and strongly encourage you to carefully review all the information concerning re-booking and exhibiting at the conference. We are currently changing to a different management system and we’d like for you to double check the contact and company information. You will be receiving a second email with your password information. Once again our high attendance of 4,800 for 2011 demonstrates that the CSUN Conference, which is still the largest and oldest university-sponsored event of its kind, continues to draw increasing numbers and a large audience. The Conference traditions that developed over time now reflect a level of credibility that could only have evolved from our effective networking and solid reputation which positively impacts and influences attendee participation. Thoroughly review the information regarding the exhibitor rules and regulations. After you accept the terms and conditions, you will be able to confirm your booth space(s) for the 2012 conference. Currently you are only able to rebook for same amount of booths/location. The deadline to complete the online application and deposit is Monday, July 25, 2011. If you do not register by this date your booth space will be released.
