Well, another storm from the gnome 3.0 revamp. A new gnome goal appeared, about migrate apps using the static bindings PyGTK to the new PyGI, based on gobject introspection.
Announcement here [1] accerciser, orca and others, are included in the apps to migrate [2] The promise from here is that it wouldn't be too much work, but we all know that this isn't the usual. Not sure about how to prioritize this.
