Yes, it's a separate tool but it depends on liblouis to do all the
transcription. In addition, it will add an accessible front-end, easy
addition of new tables and the ability to be called by OpenOffice.org to do
on-the-fly transcriptions.

It's intended that it will follow all the GNOME guidelines so that it will
become part of GNOME.
