Hi Charles, all You can make these label accessible if you let them to receive focus.
If these labels could get focus assistive technologies like Orca screen reader, When you press the tab key for navigating within the application interface can speak and present in braille the information regarding the details of the torrent on these labels. I am using Transmissionbt for a while, and in version 1.72 there are another accessibility issues with a tortoise toggle button, another button with no description for opening a context menu etc I can open it as a tickets and help fixing it. We hope it could be fixed and thank you very much for taking care on these issues,. I remember a year ago I openend a ticket, exactly #967 on Transmission (http://trac.transmissionbt.com/ticket/967) that currently Is closed with an invalid resolution. I hope we can work fixing this problem too and would be great for a future release of Transmission.
