Morning, For anyone interested, I've posted a step by step tutorial that will guide you through the configuration of VMWare workstation 6.x in Wndows to host a Linux distribution.
These instructions were applied to the Vinux 1.2 distribution however you could apply them to any supported distribution or operating system for that matter.
